And, of course, then the disgusting cops "had to" search the home of the victims to find something they could "arrest" them for. You can't be so uppity as to protect your life and property and to actually believe you OWN yourself. Right?
Shoot, shovel, and shut up. (I know- hard to do if you live where nosey people can hear the shots.)

I was unaware that a "protocol" could suspend the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Did you?

At first I misread the sub-headline and article as saying the two INTRUDERS' homes were searched -- possibly for stolen goods from other home invasions. The media often called shot burglars "victims."
I know from experience that my closest neighbor can't hear a 9mm fired inside my house. No need to bother the po-po. We recycle.

This....

"As standard protocol, Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives searched the home of the victims."

... is a fookin outrage!

So the homeowner is violated TWICE. Once by thugs he CAN shoot, and once by thugs he CANNOT shoot!
