But even if we assumed he was speaking truth... "the Justice Department" must be held accountable. Nothing about the individuals who broke laws and got people killed. Nothing about the department head whose best defense is "I'm too stupid to read my email, or to realize my out-of-control underlings were breaking laws and conspiring with idiots in other departments". Nothing about the sheer incompetence of "Hey, guys; we tried walking RFID tagged guns, but that didn't work so well. How 'bout this time we don't even try to track 'em?"
