How are they going to collect the "tax" from all the gangbangers?
They can't collect a tax on the gang bangers. That is why they are going after the law abiding citizens! You can't fix stupid, but you can vote it out!

Uh... when you are a felon and break into a home and steal the gun and ammunition, or purchase the gun and ammunition on the street from another felon, how are you paying a tax?
