It wasn't an " accidental discharge" it was a negligent discharge . A Glock is like any other gun that when it needs to be cleaned . First and foremost you MUST make sure it is unloaded .
It is amazing how many people shoot themselves while " cleaning" their guns . It is either lack of training or intentional carelessness .
