COSTCO Members Only

Why not make it "progressive" members only?  After all, COSTCO's agenda could not be more clear.

Their ideology:

Who they support:
When he takes the stage Wednesday night at the Democratic National Convention, Costco co-founder Jim Sinegal will try to offer a successful CEO’s case that President Obama has been good for the economy and business.
What they think about your right to keep and bear arms:
Costco policy prohibits firearms to be brought into the warehouse, except in the case of authorized law enforcement officers.
Obviously, they can do what they like. So can you.

Why anyone who is not a "progressive" would have anything to do with this company is a matter for introspection, although if you are friends or relatives with a member, don't be shy about urging them to do the right thing. And if you decide to withdraw your patronage, why not go a step further and take full advantage of their return/refund policy?

We gun owners can do one other thing: Contact Sentry and tell them there are other manufacturers you prefer to give your business to because they aren't sleeping with the enemy.

Every product? Even partially-used products, if we aren't happy with them?

Our local Costco, like many around the country, includes a gas station.

How, exactly, would they handle the return/refund of partial tank of gasoline?

Just sayin'.

The one nearest me USED to have a State-authorized sign forbidding weapon carry/possession.

NOW, it's been removed?

Some folks carry discretely, regardless.

Soon as I heard about this, I decided to begin taking full advantage of "COSTCO'S RISK FREE 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE":

"We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. The following must be returned within 90 days...: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touchscreen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones."

I was already dissatisfied with various items, such as boxer shorts, socks, tee shirts, dress shirts, and pants, but I was willing to live with my dissatisfaction and keep washing and wearing them for many years, until I learned of Costco's donations to anti-American candidates and suppression of pro-American writers.

So I rounded up $250 worth of boxers, socks and dress shirts I had used for many years, a couple pairs of pants that must have shrunk (i.e., no longer fit), a watch with a broken watch band loop, and the remainder of my spring salad mix that had started to go off faster than what I deem satisfactory, and returned them. I used the money to buy new boxers, socks and watch, food, etc. So far, I'm satisfied with these items. I was going to buy D'Souza's book, but surprise, surprise, it was still not back on the shelves, contrary to what slippery Costco management had mislead some folks to believe it would be.

Yesterday I needed some more salad mix and so forth, so as long as I was going anyway, I found another $70 worth of unsatisfactory items, including some 5-year old t-shirts that appear to be wearing out faster than I think they should. This time, they gave me a bit of static, asking me several times "so we don't really understand, what's wrong with these items?", to which I replied, "various defects", or "I'm not satisfied with them". They kept reassuring me "we're going to take care of you", but at the same time complaining that the items had "clearly been worn". To which I replied that I already said why, and I didn't have time to discuss it further if I was going to go shopping with the money from the return.

One of the managers told me she was going to have to make a note in my file that the items had been worn. (OOOOOHHHH! A note in my file!) My blood ran icy cold and the hairs stood up on the back of my neck, but I managed to shrug my shoulders, took the refund, and bought some fresh Ts, etc. -- with which I'm still satisfied.

Chances are, I will keep returning many other items with which I've become dissatisfied over the last 20 years, until Jim Senegal is fired or Costco issues a public apology, and until I'm satisfied that Costco has stopped working to wreck my country.

Until Craig Jelinek is fired, I mean, and Sinegal is off the board. My demands are really few. Then I foresee being much less dissatisfied with the Costco products. Until then, I'll be doing my part to take back the profits the got off me over the last 20 years and used to suppress liberty and wreck my country.
