About those UN or EU Gun Bans which Obama is supposedly pushing; I'm confused.
I thought there was something in the constitution which specifically disallowed treaties which included terms contrary to American Constitutional Rights.
It has been a while since I last researched this point, but if memory serves me correctly ... doesn't that make the who Eu/UN small arms treaty issue a moot point?
