True, for the moment, it's voluntary and oh, so"progressive." But since when have the do-gooders ever had a grand idea that didn't require expansion? For our own good, of course.

Certainly the Third Amendment won't apply if the legal argument is made that "refugees" aren't "soldiers." Tell me there aren't federal judges who would agree with that. That is, assuming the UN Charter isn't the supreme Law of the Globe, making the inconvenient regional BoR a moot point...
