The Obama administration in its final year in office spent a record $36.2 million on legal costs defending its refusal to turn over federal records under the Freedom of Information Act, according to an Associated Press analysis of new U.S. data that also showed poor performance in other categories measuring transparency in government. Barack Obama WAS the most transparent president in history. I could see right through him since before the day he took office.

I don't know how many times over the last eight years I said the same thing that Virgil Earp said to Wyatt when they saw the Clantons and McLaurys riding into town-
