Say 'Good Night," Gracey

Though Gracey had a permit to carry the gun in her home state, New Jersey's strict gun laws require weapons to be stored unloaded and locked in the trunk. [More]
Yes, of course she has a right, and yes, of course New Jersey "law" is evil. That said, my sympathy on a personal level for anyone who enjoys that right yet is so obviously uninformed due to being uninvolved only goes so far.

And that said, how is seeing a concealed carry license probable cause to search for a gun?  My guess is she doesn't know why to keep it zipped, either.

What part of RKBA don't you understand, SCOTUS?

She had "safety bullets" that expand (maybe) so that they don't overpenetrate, and that's illegal? Just plain nuts!!!

And then there's the other Florida resident, the one who tried to drive through Maryland without a gun, who was kicked out of his car with his family for an hour or two while thugs tore it apart in the rain, looking without any cause whatsoever for the gun he left at home...
