As I've read lately, the SROs in Broward County schools were there to ignore crime. It was a black thing. Since blacks were so much more likely to be involved in crime, and different outcomes were not allowed, the authorities had orders to ignore all crime. They suppressed the reporting of any crime, and as a result, a school shooter wannabe was repeatedly ignored, as a matter of political expediency per the Democrat Party. 17 dead as a result - when will the Obama era end? I am fed up with Trump's naivete on this. He needs to pull his head out of his ass, and see the legacy that Obama left him, and deal effectively with it.
I think that Winston Smith would have called it a policy called "Zero Crime".
I can hear it now, "There is zero crime. We have no crime now, because our Dear Leader has eliminated crime, so it cannot exist, therefore there is none."
