It's not that I don't agree with the goal. Of course I do.

But my "Republican" governor's an enemy on this (and more), as are the governors of every blue state, so it's fair to ask what they hope to really accomplish with this -- aside from building an email list to send solicitations to.

It's tough enough getting people to do things. Having them chase sterile bee queens takes away from more effective pursuits.
