[More]So all the antis jumping on that to discredit "shall not be infringed" are relying on a "compromise" made to get the thing passed. This makes me wonder if Scalia communicated with anyone outside the court for a green light on how much could be given up...
Would it be totally unfair to also wonder if Fairfax had a hand...?
