I have to wonder about the perspicacity of an author who describes Marbury v. Madison -- the landmark case that established the entire principle of judicial review and provided the Supreme Court with its current job description -- as some obscure "legal precedent from 1803 that may or may not apply."

"Second Amendment Organization is a *milquetoast* advocate of Gun Rights" is a more accurate statement. I never cared for Pincus or his squishy input on anything.
