‘Armed American Radio’ premieres ‘Hickenlooper Blues’

With outside moneyed interests like Michael Bloomberg’s deceptively-named “Everytown” doing everything they can to protect their political interests from gun voter retaliation at the polls, particularly after the ouster of two anti-gun politicians and the resignation of another to avoid being recalled, a convenient and fun tool now exists to help roll back the Astroturf. “Hickenlooper Blues” produced by grassroots activists at no cost and without authorization or participation by any candidate or political committee, throws radical Saul Alinsky’s “Rule 5” ridicule right back in the faces of so-called “progressives.” [More]
This evening's Gun Rights Examiner report notes perhaps it will be Hickenlooper, instead of his gun owner constituents, who ends up singing the blues.

Today's Five-Minute Activism Project: Amplify "The Hickenlooper Blues"

At most it will take 10, because I've already done the link work.

We need notice and coverage. To that end, I just got done sending the message " The Hickenlooper Blues
http://youtu.be/aVIKV3eO68A " to:

http://drudgereport.com/ (there is a news tip box--scroll down in the right column)
http://www.breitbart.com/ (scroll all way down page--bottom right)
http://www.theblaze.com/ (Bottom of page, on left)

Twitter:
Facebook message (not all accept them):

Feel free to add other national outlets and figures who could help. Please help amplify this. Be a force multiplier, even if only to pick and do one or two of these, and by spreading the word.

Sorry, I just don't have Bloomberg's money to be able to hire a PR agency.

Tomorrow I'll try to come up with a similar list for CO-specific media.

Hickenlooper Blues Redux

Say, that Colorado "gun control" sure is doing a bang-up job! [More]

A "white party," eh?  Dare I even ask?

Meanwhile, the blue party is just getting started.

It reminds me of a filthy, racist joke I once heard, and no, I won't repeat it here. Suffice it to say filthy racism thrives in Opposite Day "progressive" environments, along with the Hickenlooper Blues, and it's hardly coincidental that those are the places most desperate to disarm the "law-abiding."

Perpetual Hickenlooper Blues

From CYDL:
Hick was on a local show over the weekend where the public was encouraged to send him questions. Apparently more than a few folks asked about the repeal of our Bloomberg laws. Here’s what he said:

@9NEWSpolitics@hickforco what do you think about the overwhelming push to recall your draconian #2A bills that you didn't even read??
Dr Conner (@askdrconner)
"Well, I haven't seen the overwhelming desire," Hickenlooper said. "That's a legislative issue." The governor says he hears plenty of support for his background checks bill. (He's said before that the magazine limits measure was tougher for him.) "I think it makes Colorado a safer place," Hickenlooper added. "No one has brought to me information or data that suggests otherwise."
Then, a more, umm… urgent issue. A lack of restrooms on the highways...
Here’s the whole enchilada.

The Waffle Louse

Do you think Hickenlooper’s waffling on guns will get him “unelected” as Colorado’s governor? Let us hear your forecasts in the comments section below. [More]
The Shooters' Log notices "The Hickenlooper Blues."

I'm glad someone is.  Have you taken a moment to help amplify the message?

An actual comment left on a gun message board: "I wish they would play that as a commercial on TV."

Us too, or at least mention it on the news (or barring that, bypassing the media with an internet saturation campaign), but some of us are doing more than wishing. Join us by spreading the word?

Today's Five-Minute Activism Project

Courtesy of our co-lyricist/bass player, here is a fairly comprehensive list of Colorado media outlets to send "The Hickenlooper Blues" YouTube link to:

I'm copying and pasting her list from Hotmail and won't have time to format it to make it pretty, but all the required info is there, and that's what matters. If a link or edress isn't active, copy/paste.

Will you contact as many of these as you can in just four minutes today? And will you use the other minute to notify your friends, and urge them to do the same?
