I read the name Joya Taft-Dick and my first thought was that sounds like the name of a Kurt Vonnegut character.
Funny how "disenfranchising minorities" is OK when "progressives" do it.

Highway to Hell
Yeah, the "entertainment industry" is in your face with promoting physical and spiritual disarmament, and has been for quite some time. [More]
I'm reminded of a passage in Kurt Vonnegut's "Jailbird" abhorring how the wonderful technology of the motion picture camera was being abused to produce fisting films.
Anything can be perverted and used for evil. Take guns, for instance.
Just so the degenerates and worse don't try to take them from those of us who choose a path leading away from their highway.
