If this had been you or me - those police officers who were shot at would have called out the swat team and burned our houses to the ground, killed us and our families (a la Branch Davidians)
And yet he is only charged with reckless endangerment - What a two faced load of crap!!!
If the DA does not bring real, meaningful charges and seek a conviction and jail time he ought to be dis-barred for the double standard, run out of the state and have his entire department investigated.
