We're the Only Ones Throttling Toddlers Enough

A Philadelphia School District police officer...grabbed a 3-year-old boy by the throat after the child accidentally squirted his car with a water gun on 17th and Tasker.

Police said Bradley threw the boy to the ground and smashed his water gun before re-entering his home and allegedly retrieving an unregistered firearm.

Neighbors said he threatened them with the .38 caliber handgun...

But after hearing, a judge threw out the most serious charges, leaving only misdemeanors.
In a rational world, a free citizenry would soon drive such abusive monsters away. And they wouldn't treat the psycho cop too kindly, either.

What has happened here is the people of the neighborhood have been made aware of the fact that when this out of control piece of **** does it again, and he will, they have to kill him on the spot of his crime.

Do these simple-minded judges, prosecutors and cops who grant defacto immunity to the rogues among them think they aren't teaching this lesson?
