Someone Get that Man a Diaper

Is the right to bear arms really worth this price? The price of our children's blood? Blood on the streets of North Philadelphia? Blood in the woods behind the home of a respected member of the legislature?
Oh, I dunno, John.

You

tell

me.

Mr. Grogan is just an average columnist in Philadelphia. He's either unable or unwilling to think clearly. In the interests of shaking him out of his complacent idiocy I sent him the following:

As long as people like you remain unwilling to come to grips with facts and reality - and continue to scream for non-solutions to the problems – you, yes YOU Mr. Grogan – will be responsible for the pile of bodies.

Until you admit that gun control is a gigantic fallacy that has done nothing but INCREASE crime wherever it has been tried and decide that the time has come to tell the truth about the reasons for our current situation, you, Mr. Grogan, will continue to enable those committing the carnage.

The citizens of Pennsylvania know the truth and are not fooled by people like you. THAT is why we refuse to allow any further diminution of our rights and that is why YOU will continue to be outraged, when you should be ashamed of yourself for your disgusting intransigence.

Excellent observtion, Voolfie.

It has been dawning on me more and more, that there is a deeper, underlying problem with the 'liberal' mind. The crux of the problem, IMHO, is cowardice.

The founders had some gumption. They took on the biggest, baddest kid on the block, and kicked the living hell out of them. After reading much of the materials surrounding the framing of the Constitution. It dawned on me, that they expected us, as their progeny to do the same.

They put up with the steady tyranny of the crown for about twenty-five + straight years, before they finally had enough.

Near as I can tell, we are approaching around forty years. (Not counting the first two Firearms 'Acts' of the 1930's). And our access to information is much better than the founders had.

What does that say about us?......

I think it means we are using our restraint to our best, but our intentions do not match our enemies. It is concievable that we have let it go too far,and that we will be unable to retrieve things in an orderly manner. Revisit America and Europe, 1939. Men will grasp peace like they were drowning, only to find their feet in shallow water. It's not sink or swim. It's stand on our feet like men and begin roaring back.

Oh woe Oh woe. What are we doing with the FIRST amendment John? How much longer must we endure articles like this? What are we protecting? Your right to put out drivel like this ? Shedding needless words into the streets of Philadelphia? Tragic accidents happen .. else how do you account for yourself?
