A proposed state bill requiring all new handguns to be stamped with microscopic identification tags could significantly decrease violence and shut down the illegal gun market if passed, proponents said in a news conference Tuesday.

Democrat Paul Koretz tried and failed to get this same microstamping legislation passed, now his CLONE Mike Feuer is trying the same thing. Some of the Democratic legislators in California are mentally deficient and do not learn from past mistakes, so by not learning from the past, they blunder ahead and make the same mistakes again. As is the case in AB 1471. Microstamping is not the solution or quick fix to solve crimes. AB 1471 is just bad legislation and needs to go down in defeat, same as it's earlier version.
