The spring 2008 collection of Brandon's clothing line... featured items fashioned out of real guns that have been collected by Philadelphia sheriff's deputies, melted down and sculpted into cuffed bracelets, dangling necklaces and pendants...
"It was amazing seeing something that was used for so much violence, hurt and destruction, to watch its power being taken away," Brandon said. "This really hits so close to home."
It would hit even closer if someone with evil intent ever came after her and all she had was her stupid jewelry.
I wonder if her stuff looks anything like this?

I hear to commemorate 911 she is going to put up a fake TSA security checkpoint in a gallery and invite viewers to take off their shoes and have their bags checked to show solidarity on the war on mad muslims!

Do you suppose it was the shallow, brainless reporter who couldn't identify the weapon properly, or was it an Only One who either made an ignorant mistake or acted on an agenda?
Either way, it must have been a hell of a domestic assault if it took four handguns and a machine gun.
Speaking of the 'sheep' mentality, My wife and I watched "Vacancy" this weekend. In the movie a couple's car breaks down and they spend the night in a motel where guests are trapped by criminal miscreants. The two main characters cry and hide, unable to keep their captors from harming them (they had no cell signal to call the police). I had a real hard time watching the movie 'cause I kept thinking that if either of the characters had a means of defense, there would be no movie. I guess to feel the suspense of the movie yourself, you'd have had to take it for granted that anyone could find themselves in this defenseless position.
I just kept thinking that it wouldn't play out like that with my wife and I.
