Previously, the agency maintained none had been distributed.
I missed that earlier.
I would never have believed it had an "Authorized Journalist" not confirmed it.

Pathetic, that this is the only BATFE scandal Congress can find with both hands and a flashlight.
Keep in mind that if you lie to an ATF agent you can go to jail for lying to a federal investigator.
