We're the Only Ones Who Get Up Early to Beat the Crowds Enough

To celebrate their attacks on protesters at the Democratic convention the head gang had a T-shirt printed up. The local CBS outlet describes the shirt as having “a menacing-looking police figure, wearing what looks like a Denver police badge and clutching a baton.” Along with this menacing figure is the slogan the police find just so amusing: “WE GET UP EARLY, to BEAT the crowds.” [More]
Nice attitude, "Only Ones." Here's the shirt:

William N. Grigg has lots more. Make sure you read it all and watch the videos.

Chilling. Enraging.

As long as we're free to joke, ha ha, I've designed a shirt of my own:

Think they'd accept that this is just a humorous way to build camaraderie?

About a year ago, the Chinese began their crackdown on BUDDHIST MONKS who peacefully protest for self-determination for Nepal and Tibet.
Whoever said "Welcome China into the world trade community and they'll become more like us" appears to have been correct.

I was raised to respect police. I guess maybe then most were respectABLE. Now I assume they're like these Brownshirts until they demonstrate otherwise. I learned that from ... them.

The badge will be remembered as the swastika of the 21st century.

Shoot--I can't even get people to spread the word about this blog or participate in simple projects--think I'm gonna invest several hundred bucks in an inventory of different sized T's and trust I won't lose my...shirts?

Well, it could be done via a service like CafePress, but I don't know if using someone else's image, in this regard, would be against their TOS.

Just last week I met an Denver officer who was on that detail. The t-shirts they had made looked nothing at all like the pictured one. The one he had was blue with the letter DNC and gas masked face on the front. On the back the same gas mask face and the saying, "Arrive early to Beat the crowd."

According to him there were 8 teams and they all just sat around doing nothing.

Yes the protestors have a right to protest - 1A. However, these protesters had threatened violence in the image of the '68 Democratic Convention. Therefore the DPD was preppared for any such violence.
