But it's not like their lives as human beings are more valuable than anyone else's (although I'm sure many would disagree)--it's just that their lives are more valuable to the state.
And let's not forget who owns whom.
Still, I take it nobody consulted the AMA on this?

Again, before the glorious revolution, one could carry without permission. Not saying Saddam is good, just saying how it was.
I'm going to take it this is medical doctors and not Phd's who are far more and better educated.
