Maybe we should tie them to some kind of revenue generating scheme managed by private companies and then we can guarantee they'll work EVERY day.
Maybe it's time to quit being cooperative.
This is why they hate privately owned camera phones: they can't make sure they are all inoperable when it is convenient.
