It would seem the Constitution for the United States of America can now be dismissed in all Federal Courts.

I'll admit my ignorance, I haven't followed this story very closely, but what does this really mean? Is this it? Is Fincher (and our rights) totally screwed, with no more possibility of any more appeals?
The Constitution hasn't meant anything in a Federal Court for quite some time.
Fincher,and Olofson,are just a few of the obvious cases. There will be many others.

You know, it's really funny (and not "Ha Ha"), but WE, the citizens are the ones who vote to ratify a Constitution at the State level, and we instruct our state representatives and senators how we want then to vote were another Federal Constitution to come before them for ratification. Moreover, we have instructed them on how we wanted them to vote on Amendments to the Federal Constitution in the last 50 years.

Nah, I guess THAT'S not pragmatic. Lets all hold hands and try to work with the democrat congress, president and court to get the bullshit law overturned...if not now, a few years from now after all their "stimulus" and programs have cemented their teet sucking parasites firmly in the position to reelect them.
The uncles and sebastians of this world won't utter a peep about this. NRA hasn't so much as looked at this case. No Lou Dobbs coverage either. In a country of 300 million I'd venture that outside of his home town there are under 10,000 people who have paid attention to this.
He's likely been given a death sentence for standing up for his rights, and by doing so YOUR rights.

There was an instructive scene in one of John Norman's GOR books. The land was under attack by a vicious enemy. I intend to send more money to Fincher's lawyers and family like I've done before. This isn't over and will not be over until he is a free man with his natural rights as a free man restored to him.

Paul W. Davis is a idiot. Do you honestly believe that any court will allow to judge the law as well the facts of the case?
Court will never allow any jury to judge the law because they will lose their powers.
That's why I am not surprised that the U.S. Supreme Court will not hear Wayne's case.
Paul W. Davis and his buddy lawyer Oscar Stilly have done more harm to Wayne Fincher's case then anybody else.
We can thanks to the idiot Paul W. Smith for the outcome of Wayne's case.
You see, no one whom were involved with Militia of Washington Country Arkansas don't like Paul W. Davis. Even Linda Fincher don't like him either.
Wayne should have taken a plea deal offered by Wendy Johnston for 30 month prision time while he
he still reserved the right to appeal his conviction.

Well, I know why you commented Anonymously. Anyone who is that utterly ignorant of the facts of this case, and of my personal relations with Wayne and his family would have to comment Anonymously.
Let's see, when was the last time you visited Miss Linda?
Did you clear the trees on the road to Wayne's place after the recent ice storm?
Did you clear the trees off of the pump and pressure tank?
Have you redone the electrical service to Wayne's house?
Did you fix Miss Linda’s stove?
Are you going to help get the rest of limbs and brush cleared from around the house?
What about the rest of the things I have had to do over the last 2½ years? Where you there to help? Why didn’t I see you?
I certainly glad you know so much about the ins and outs of Paul Smith's life so you can judge his situation and second guess the decisions he made. While I do not agree with his decision, knowing your wife has a very aggressive form of cancer and needs you there, while you are facing Federal charges is a tough decision to make. By the way, Paul Smith’s plea bargain had nothing to do with Wayne’s conviction.
What I cannot understand is this:

You see, I wasn't even a member of the Militia of Washington County when this happened, and hadn't been a member for 9 years.
I DID NOT insert myself into this case, Wayne had Linda call me the night of his arrest, and specifically asked me to get involved. WHERE WERE YOU?
I know where you were: Hiding out being a COWARD.
I did not ask to inherit the Militia website — it was dumped into my lap. When I got it, it was junk, and I recoded it and reformatted all on my own time. I have done everything with this case on my own time, which took away time from things I needed to be doing for my family and my ministry.

The Constitution recognizes our right to face our accuser.
I typically delete anonymous attacks for that reason, because, as Paul observed, any coward with an axe to grind can snipe from the shadows, and also because we have no way to establish comparative credibility--and I'm big on no lies here.
I've been corresponding with Paul for years now, and know the Herculean effort he has put forth and the personal sacrifices he has made. I'll say this much--any man who has a friend who would do what Paul has done on his behalf is rich beyond measure.
That you would publicly, but anonymously, spit on him and his efforts does no credit to your accusations. Simply as a man, you do not come off looking good by comparison.
I will not tolerate further abuse of a forum provided by my efforts. You either unmask if you wish this discussion to continue, or I will delete any further comments you make.
