`(a) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
Pretty much sums up what congress and the Thomas site do on a daily basis.
Also, they had better revisit the definition of commerce used in the constitution because it sure as hell doesn't include ideas as these vermin state.
If this passes Janet Napolitano will be jailed. Right? So will Holder, right? and uh oh, Obama?
Uh huh, Obama, I have seen the website and I feel threatened, harrasssed,coerced, intimidated, and am suffering a great deal of emotional distress because of it, and though not one of our best looking examples, I am a person.

I don't think this particular Representative wants to go there. After all, how much emotional distress can one "Sanchez" cause by trying to jail people for speech? Sanchez? The name itself scares a great many people in this day of cross border murder, kidnapping, rape and drug running. So I guess Ms. Sanchez would have to be jailed also.
Why the Hell not? She is scaring me. Where do I file the complaint?
