I have posited for years that a great deal of our problems stems from the official use of agents provocateur. Turner did not cross any lines into actual threats.
So, to the FBI and the Justice Department I say shame on a bunch of sonsofbitches who get to make the rules and are too Goddamned stupid to make rules they can live by.
Don't care for the defendant, but certainly do hope he beats them to a frazzle in court.
