We're the Only Ones Objectively Reasonable Enough

Chief Locke thrust his knee between [Diane's] legs, and while Diane was still leaning on the hood of the patrol car, Chief Locke began to paw and stroke her, beginning at Diane’s waist and moving down to her buttocks [More]
And it's not the first time!
A couple of months before Cook, Locke was sued for sexual misconduct involving another woman...
So what's proper "Only One" protocol when Diane's husband objected?
Michael took one step toward Chief Locke. Chief Locke told Michael to “[g]et back in the fucking car” and, at the same time, Chief Locke tasered Michael. Michael never saw the taser.
So what could a court decide except:
In evaluating Appellees’ motion for summary judgment, the district court concluded, “[Chief] Locke’s conduct, in tasering and causing Michael’s head to strike the subject vehicles, [was] objectively reasonable as a matter of law.”
Everybody knows their place, right?

So, gee, if we can't get justice from the courts, what's left that would be objectively reasonable?

Exactly. For those of us gunowners who do nothing political or do not practice, the times are a changed. Went to an appleseed this weekend, and it's very good to learn how to practice. If you're young, you'll probably have to put that practice into play one day. May as well be prepared.

Time for another "Battle of Athens", perhaps?

Would it be reasonable to use whatever force would be necessary to stop a felony in progress?

18 USC 241 and 18 USC 242, for example...

It would be reasonable and justifiable, but remember that there is no law for practical purposes. If you defy those in power you will be crushed.
And it won't mater if the police chief is raping your wife.

He got off this time (no pun intended), but he just might find himself facing several citizens of character sometime down the road.

And this puke is 'Chief'...

The husband sought justice and did not find it. His only recourse is to now seek vengeance.

Americans need to get back into the habit of letting politicians and "civil" "servants" know they're not wanted. Apparently elections aren't enough of a threat.

Sad part of this is that when someone finally does the right thing and puts the hurt on this guy, there will be a huge outcry from the media and law & order types.
They won't even realize that this is a situation they have been making themselves for a lot of years.

Grumpyunk, you just described the nature of the state, once and forever. It applies just as small or as big as you like.

The man's mistake was that he warned the cop before he acted. Lessons learned.

My name is Charles H. Sawders, if that sonofabitch did that to me or mine he would already be dead. Just in case any cops read here, you need to know that applies to anyone who does the same.

No court, no lawsuit, no complaint filed just a dead cop. Or more when they come to get me.

I will not tolerate it. Though, I am only speaking for myself, I suspect there are more and more coming to that same conclusion and determination. You brought this shit on yourselves.

Kevin, I guess I knew that, but it's good to hear it from you. I never claimed to be the sharpest knife in the drawer and really only started paying attention to things political in the last decade, but damn, if a dumbshit like me can see where this kind of stuff leads to, why can't those who are in charge see it?
Do they want to incite?

So if the police there wish to rape your wife, girl, etc., It is permissable? Where are the ACLU when you need them?!? This should be appealed to the SCOTUS!!!!

Ditto to what straightarrow said.

This ass clown that calls himself a "Police Chief", is just another sexual predator and bully-boy in a pig suit.

What he deserves is something that the "courts" won't give him...... for his sorry ass carcass to be assuming room temp.

Nex ut Tyrannus!

Until the "authorities", including judges, legislators, LEO's, start SUFFERING consequences, we'll get no justice.

Nex ut Tyrannus!

Local patriots need to step up and allow the rest of us the opportunity to read about a "strange disappearance" in their locality.

Any Hog Farms nearby folks?

If you're serious about advocating that people go out and start initiating force/assassinating govt workers ala "Unintended Consequences," why are you calling for others to do it? Any "strange disappearances" you'd like to tell us about?

If you're a provocateur, or simply someone trying to make people here look like violence inciters, it's not working. I suggest you get the tone of a site before you start trying to reset it.

You should know I routinely let readers here know of this site being monitored by the DoJ and others. So if they decide to dig into the logs, I'm not sure how effective that IP masking you're using will prove to be, and it's too late for me to be able to delete anything to protect you--just in case you're merely someone who exhibited poor judgment.

In any case, I put my real name on this site, and a lot of hard work. I'm not going to let you go around associating that name with your sentiments, particularly since you (currently) enjoy the benefit of hiding behind anonymity.

I hope we're clear. If you don't like it or think I'm treating you unfairly, feel free to email me: dcodreaAThotmailDOTcom.
