Alfaross - Why does anyone need a gun? Get them out of every society. Anybody who thinks that you need a gun for protection should wake up to themselves and look at how many people are killed by guns. There is something seriously wrong with humanity.This was posted under today's GRE column.

Either, it's a moron that deserves what it'll get (and hopefully will not have bred) , or it's a hypocritical ass.
Thank heaven/providence/your choice of deity, .etc for guns (the ability to point the hand and strike at a distance).

That mentality my friends I call the, squat to pee girly man mentality. The kind of person this bozo is, is not the kind of man that freed this country from King George or won the west. This is the mentality of a man that shakes and pees on himself if in danger while being able to say what he does because real men have made it so that he can. Bottom line, he's a trader who is with full intent attacking this country's Constitution. We have seen this kind of pathetic sissy many times in our lives.
When a person has wildly different principles there is little profit in discussing his conclusions with him. He sees the same evidence but, Just as each of us does, he interprets it through his personal world view.
It's like the story of the paleontologist who finds a brand new fossil with characteristics of two closely related genera. When he publishes his finding, the evolutionary biologist sees a exciting new transitional fossil; the creationist looks at it and sees two more gaps in the fossil record.
The more they try to take 'em, the more I cling to them.
Is it only me, or does the "Next" link (to go to the next page of comments on that GRE page) not actually work? I only ever get the same list of comments.
Oh, and is it possible to change the comment order to "oldest first"?
