Sounds like a good way to get your ass deservedly stomped if you try that on somebody who knows what he's doing.

Wait, what? Granted, Bogue got argumentative over the steak, (He did order his medium well, which takes longer than rare.) but was't Norris the one to call out Bogue to a fight? How does Bogue take the hit for showing his pistol to tell Norris that wasn't a good idea? Or was Bogue's previous belligerence the deciding factor?

And what's this "intimidated" crap? You challenge someone, he shows you he's better armed... Well, Norris, you issued the challenge, so grow a pair and suck it up.

All the above is assuming this story is true, of course.

The way I read this is Norris told Bogue it wasn't appropriate to cuss around kids, which I would have done, and "when the suggestion came up" to go outside, Norris asked Bogue if he really wanted to over something this trivial--again something I would have done. As I read this, and again with the caveat that I'm assuming the report is accurate, the aggressor all the way was Bogue.

I doubt he said "never." You've got six MILLION concealed carry permit holders in the country, to think a few nuts couldn't be included in that number is illogical and silly.

The fact is that although there ARE a few of ANY group that are screw-ups, the overwhelming majority of concealed carry permit holders are responsible, peaceful people.

This is one concealed carry permit holder out of six million. One gun owner out of 80 million. Find some number approaching 1% of the total and we might consider it's a MINOR issue.

I take the trash out--this coward is a serial troll who wants my attention because of some inner sickness. I may start a pool with some friends to see how many comments he'll try to post in the next day, maybe at least make some money off his unrequited love...

Upon rereading it, yeah, Bogue was the aggressor. He'd better watch it in the future. He might threaten someone who will take it seriously, and fire with no warning.
