Of course, if it had been a mere "civilian", carrying the life saving high capacity ammunition feeding device, he wouldn't have been hailed as a hero, but would be declared a felon.

I'm wondering (NOT) if Luis Martinez is a NY permitted possessor of firearms or if just maybe he is a scofflaw who really doesn't give an obese rodent's rectum about NY's firearm laws or, for that matter, ANY of their laws.
