As more and more of these turncoats start coming out, silence from Fairfax may just imply tacit consent, and even indicate they and a cadre of industry compromisers are getting cover on preemptive surrender while they mouth public words of opposition. I would love to be proven flat-out wrong on this suspicion and look forward to an immediate statement from NRA on penalty consequences it will exact for cowardice under fire.
