We're the Only Ones Unluxurious Enough

Well, there weren't any four-year-old girls around, and he just had to shoot something... and of course we don't know the officer's name.

The dog MIGHT have done something undesirable if it was not shot immediately.
Apply that type of logic to your own everyday life and see what happens.
