Suspended For Paper Gun: Zero-Tolerance Insanity

I am speechless. I literally cannot believe this is not an elaborate sick hoax.

So far, I've managed to keep obscene words out of my (public) commentaries. I've got to walk away from this for a while, before I post something I'll regret.

I sent this to the editor at American Handgunner / FMG Publications and I wanted to get it to War on Guns so people can insist the discussion come up.

Thank you

Dave

Editorial follows:

Letter to the Editor,

George E. Von ROSEN
FMG Publications

Dear Mr. Von Rosen,

I have been a subscriber for many years and I am paid into the future.

I respectfully ask you to print and answer the following questions in the editorial page so “we” subscribers buying your excellent magazine know where you stand.

Are you; Is American Handgunner / Guns Magazine for the second amendment or are you elitists and police officers and former police officers who have CCW permits and so the fact that I can’t get one is no big deal?

Are “you” checked pants shotgun collectors like the NRA or does “shall not be infringed mean SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”???

Many of your writers seem to be police, former police or politically connected by your journalistic status.

I’m an attorney but I can’t get a CCW. As a law abiding, gainfully employed, non criminal citizen why should I have to even apply to exercise a G-D given inalienable right?

Do you support “Enforcing existing gun laws” like NRA policy or do you support sheriffs discretion? Do you support licensing at all for law abiding citizens? Why should any person have to be licensed instead of executing criminals FAST for criminal behavior?

Polls are starting to show a majority (over 54%) of police will follow orders to confiscate guns from law abiding citizens. We have just seen state and federal troops confiscate guns from law abiding citizens during a disaster. What is next? How much enforcing existing gun laws will you put up with or say nothing about as we are restricted more and more?

Is it possible that the trend toward “Shall Carry” is a subterfuge to get firearms owners registered? Is it possible that once liberal shall carry laws “license” what the authorities perceive to be the maximum numbers of sheeple that will sign up they will pass a rider to an appropriations bill and use that list to raid and confiscate everybody’s guns?

We have no borders, a patriot act that is secret, a government with a one world view, gun free school zones that effectively make it a crime to transport and possess a gun almost anywhere in the country and hitlery on the horizon. If you support licensing that translates into maybe 1% of the candidates that want a CCW being “granted the privilege” of a license and 99% being denied their G-D given inalienable rights because they are not part of the “police state” or not connected. Is this fair? Is this the policy that FMG Publications supports? Where do you stand?

Please answer in the editorial column. I, your subscribers deserve to know where you stand. Are we marching single file to a dictatorship and the gas chambers quietly or is there some point where we put our feet down en mass and say backward only?

The second amendment is clear, The right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

I’m wondering, definitively (your editorial position) are you for us or against us?

Thank you for the courtesy of your consideration.

Had a swell convo. with a teacher here in Texas, about coming out to support PTA fundraising, which I won't and don't do. Her:Why don't you want to support the PTA? Me: I don't support in any fashion an organization that gives lots of money to other organizations that seek to abrogate my Constitutional Rights. Her:What? Me: The PTA gives about 600,000 bucks a year to the Joyce Foundation, and money to liberal candidates for office who seek the overturning of the Constitution. Her:I don't think the PTA is all that political.Me:Better get an education before you wind up a slave.

Unfortunately, this kind of insanity is not uncommon. We've all heard the stories of kindergarteners pointing their fingers at each other while playing "cops and robbers", and then being expelled for this "zero intelligence" crap.
