The kind of thug with body armor, semi-auto pistol, back-up shotgun, or AR15, radio, handcuffs,baton, mace, taser and all the help he can use.
Those 63 year old women with the means for self defense fwighten them, the old meanies. That's the kind of thug.

Straightarrow is exactly right. The gov't thug is the one who is "offended" by a 63 year old woman with a gun. Witness the CHP (Figures it would be Kalifornistan Kops)body-slamming the woman, taking her gun,and forcibly evicting her in Nawlins.
