"Reverse onus" bail rules -- already used in cases of suspected murder and terrorism –- require the defence to prove why the suspect should be allowed bail.
In other words, obey citizen disarmament edicts or get thrown into a hole with the most violent scum on the planet--and survive as best you can until we get around to formally convicting you.
This is nothing short of state-sponsored terrorism.

Since I and a lot of other people have become inured to state sponsored terrorism,(aka Ruby Ridge,Waco)it will probably happen here as well. They're just waiting for me to step on it one time real good so they can swing into action in their neoprene, Kevlar, and ripstop nylon and show how tough they are with 20 to 1 odds and youth on their side, as well as an out of Constitutional judiciary, overpaid and undereducated prosecutors, and a media slavering for a victim to sink their teeth into. Doesn't make me feel paranoid at all. All the while, they are amazed at how I don't trust them. But that's just like an American, trying to live freer than they actually are.

As insane as this sounds, the only thing that keeps me sane is realizing that when I have had all I can take, and have lost all hope of peaceful resolution, I can kill as many as I can get to.
How damn sad is that?
