So, they can spy on us, but we can't spy on them. Nice. Real nice.

This is really so perverse--a police stop is a public event, subject to public recordkeeping and documentation that is admissable in a public trial.

How anyone can have an expectation of privacy when their side explicitly acknowledges that all events and statements may be introduced as evidence is just astounding.

But we've allowed that to happen by not managing our government. The result is they manage us.

And they will manage you until everybody decides to do as I have. I will claim my rights, no matter what is required. If arrested, even if convicted on such charges, that won't end it. That will only be a tactical and temporary defeat. That merely means they have declared war on me. That frees me to respond in kind. Which is my duty as an American.

As Americans it is incumbent upon us to individually resist this crap. It is negligent for an American to try to wait until he has group support. Until we become courageous individually we cannot be courageous in the aggregate. Exhibition of individual courage and principle will generate support, because then the group will be a collection of individuals with the proper attributes. Those attributes will not grow just because there are numbers. They must be brought to the group by eacn individual. The genesis of those attributes must be in the individual, groups are infertile ground for their development.

Sort of a catch 22, until we are willing to stand alone, if necessary, we will always stand alone. If we are willing to stand alone, others will stand with us. Freedom takes guts.

Amen, straightarrow.

Just resist wisely.

I believe Gen. Patton had something to say about no one ever winning a war by dying for his country...

Indeed,Dave. You don't win a war by dying for your country. You win a war by making the other sonofabitch die for HIS country!
