SWATting in Fairfax

Tomato 7 has more on the death squad that deployed because a doctor was allegedly involved in sports gambling.

Any bets the executioner is never punished? I'll lay 10-to-1 odds it never happens.

Oops. I didn't just solicit illegal gambling, did I?

Hold on--I think there's somebody at the do...

Yup, he already got let off the hook by his pals at the office. I'm sure he feels,"just terrible". Me too. I feel just terrible. Um, terrorized. Uh, terminal. Ahhh,,,, because I respect David and other readers here, I will not lapse into the discharge of hair-raising curses and vituperative exchanges that I am urged by my anger to do. But a song does cross my mind, that has a phrase, "He has loosed the fatefull lightning of His terrible swift sword". G*d help these police if G*d puts them into MY HAND.

David, he's not being charged with anything.

Why am I not surprised?

The thoughts that cross my mind will remain unprinted.

My heart goes out to this family. I went to their website and began reading when I quickly noticed their embellished gun description...

".45 Heckler & Koch handgun – a powerful weapon typically used by U.S. military forces in combat"

Just ".45 handgun" would have been sufficient, folks.

Jason, from a cold clinical standpoint of course you are right. But if that were my son or brother that had been murdered, I'd be embellishing too.

Just calling it like I see it, no matter who writes it and what frame of mind they are in. I understand the family is in terrible pain. But focus on the SWAT team and their procedures...don't demonize the gun. I felt like I was reading your typical biased anti-gun news story after reading that line.

Nobody gets a free pass. Nobody.

They wouldn't need to release his name if the dead guy were one of mine. I am sure that a few days with one of his swat team members and I could convince him to tell me.

Then we could have a little chat with the evil-doer and his protectors.

Come let us reason together. I have an old approach that some would consider lacking in finesse, but very persuasive.

Whoa, that's good news. Everybody that hates somebody can take them to Fairfax, shoot them dead, say the didn't mean it. It was accidenal and Whor.....uh, Horan would stand up and say they didn't commit a crime.

What a stalwart for the principle of taking responsibility for what one does. Bet he never said that during a prosecution, huh! Since now we know he doesn't mind excusing even fatal negligence. Bet he never prosecuted a druggie mother, or drunk driver involved in a fatal accident. After all, they didn't mean it either.

How does this whore stay in office?

If I can find his email address, I will ask him just that.
