It just worked fine for me, anon. not meaning to violate copyrights, here are the key paragraphs:

"An Altoona woman sat in a chair Thursday afternoon to have her picture taken at the Blair County Sheriff's Office.

After completing an application and passing a background check, she left with a Pennsylvania license to carry a firearm.

The woman asked not to be identified. She doesn't want to announce that she has a permit."

It then asked you to see pg A1 of the Mar 12 edition, which I think means they want you to buy the hard copy paper.
