"I Think Police Need Total Control"

An Oklahoma legislator said he hopes to make some changes to a new law that makes it illegal for authorities to confiscate weapons during a state of emergency.

State Rep. Mike Shelton said House Bill 2696 has placed the power of the law into the wrong hands.

"During states of emergency, I think police need total control. They don't need to worry who has guns and who doesn't. If the governor calls for Oklahomans to relinquish their guns, the public needs to do so," Shelton said.
Some people are hell-bent on making peaceful coexistence impossible.

Make sure you take the survey.

I think Mikey either needs his head examined, or he needs a nice black uniform, with highly polished knee boots, a smart black cap, and a rousing "HEIL HITLER", to top it all off. If brutal, hideous, merciless National Socialism didn't work in Europe ,everyone hated it,25-30 million died horribly before it ended, millions more lives were upended for 60 years afterward because of the evil it spawned, why in the wagon yard hell will it work in Oklahoma because some tin pot rep. thinks it's a good idea to try? The *!@#$%^@#$! cops can't control themselves or even their bowels, so why do they need total control? Go ahead, moron, get a law passed. See what happens.

I hate to burst his bubble, but the power in this country has ALWAYS belonged to the people; it's just some jackasses in government who seem to think it belongs somewhere else.
