Community leaders in the city of Dayton will announce on Wednesday morning a new initiative that they hope will help cut down or eliminate gun violence in the city...It's bold leadership like this that makes America great.
Community leaders said the gun violence is a cycle that they believe needs to stop.

The boldest thing I say was the link to the...eh, NRA.
The best advice given was -
"This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed."
Which advice, I heartily concur.
From my lifelong and in-depth study of history, I can tell you in all honesty, that when the Visigoths, Goths, Huns, Ostrogoths, and just plain brigands were running through the Roman Empire, the main concern of most Romans was, get this, how adversely it was affecting COMMERCE. Dayton could have rampaging gangs of rapists,looters and assorted pillagers running wild in the streets, with totally absent police,fire, even water to drink, and yep, you guessed it, they would probably be talking about strict gun control, seizing guns from all citizens, and zoning more conducive to business interests.
