Guns were the weapon of choice in majority of Rochester's fifty-four homicides last year. That is why the Rochester Police Department and clergy members believe getting rid of the guns will help alleviate the violence.Note that Chief David Moore won't be turning in his gun. After all, he's one of the "only ones."
And don't you just love the way everything is now militarized? They can't just have "Police Chaplains"--now they need a "Clergy Response Team." I'll bet early Christians wished the Romans had had one of those!

The good padre doesn't want an armed community to interfere with his "youth outreach". You know, the one where priests sodomize little boys and get away with it hiding behind the church's skirts. And with the Cardinals' blessing and transfer to more fresh pastures.
