California Republicans believe a handsome, blue-state Republican such as Mitt Romney would turn the presidential map upside down in 2008, appealing to the voters on both coasts who normally back Democrats in national elections.Here you go, gun owners, a nice big order of GOP ordure to swallow.

I wouldn't worry about it. The Zogby poll of likely primary voters the other day, the one that used candidate bios instead of names, put Romney down at about 3 percent (down there in steerage with the peasants, livestock, and Bill Frist). Top of the list was Gingrich at about 19%. McCain and Giuliani were about 11% apiece, I think.
True enough, Oldsmo. The PDRK is a lock for Hitlery. No matter who the Repugnant Party runs against her, they,re just wasting their time here.
