This is what I’d expect of Florida, which recently passed a “shoot first” — also called a “shoot the Avon lady” — bill. I’d expect it of Texas too. But Minnesota? I grew up thinking of Minnesota as a socially progressive state.I guess that all depends on how you define "progressive," Colonel Klink...I mean, Verlyn Klinkenborg.
We realize to an unreconstructed socialist police-stater like yourself that means being in thrall to the collective, but thank goodness there are still those willing to defy and resist lying pseudointellectual traitors. And it looks like they're making "progress."
Contemptible little Red, aren't you?

They like to think themselves better than us "rednecks", but they have to disguise their socialism as being "progressive". Well what are they progressing to?
Tyranny, of course! And they think they're better than US?
Uh, visited Minnesota this year. I personally know at least 50 people there, and everyone of them is a self-described liberal, with several adamatly proclaiming themselves socialists. And I am at the opposite end of the political spectrum. Nevertheless, we are friends. And oddly, over the past 5 years, every man jack of them has been quietly arming themselves to the teeth. All the while, wondering, sometimes aloud, "We used to not have any guns, and now we have all these guns...." They drink a lot of coffee in Minnesota, and they raise beautiful kids, amazing crops, and deer roam in the daylight. I think sometimes that there might be a change in the wind. It sure feels fresh to me.
Shoot the Avon lady?!
Man! They must live in a tough neighborhood if the Avon Lady is coming at them with a toad sticker!
