Very odd that you posted this. As I received an E-Mail today that had an attribution to Prof. Joe Olson to an entirely different piece. Know one of the other people referenced in the article, so I called to get the straight scoop. The claim in the article was false, according to his assistant. I've already let Dave, at 'Of Arms and the Law' know.
It's probably a similar attack as the one perpetrated on John Lott. The 'anti's' are fighting nasty again. (Which means we're hurting them).
