It's True!
They are running scared in Philly and elsewhere accross the country..... The law abiding, CCW denied citizens everywhere are running scared having to make the decision to carry and protect themselves and their families or follow the law and risk life and limb and jail for want of that protection.
Criminals afraid to carry guns - forget about it! Only the law abiding need fear!

There is a far more sinister side to this, me thinks. They are attempting to get We The People to acquiesce to eventual total prohibition and confiscation. This is being done by design. They allow the criminals right back out on the street. Knowing that they will commit more crimes.
It is the government, and the power hungry puppet masters behind the curtain pulling the strings that are guilty; Conspiracy, Murder, Gross Negligence, etc. That is where the true evil is emanating from.
