Why do they even bother claiming we are the land of the free, home of the brave anymore? This country doesn't even hold a shadow of what it was intended to be.
We fled British oppression and tyranny, just to turn around and establish it here?
One cause I can put my finger on. Is that they didn't toss out all of the British law books after the Constitution was written. Thusly, the same oppresive arbitrary rule snuck right back in. Why use the laws of the country that we were fleeing from? Does that make ANY sense?
Read Tucker's Blackstone, he alludes to it himself, and yet is given reckless disregard.
We need to wipe the slate clean and start over with ground rules that are clear and concise. And have an Amendment punishing SERVANTS. Specifically, the ones that employ tyranny and usurp their delegated authority.
The buck has to stop somewhere. If We The People do not apply the brakes, we will be enslaved. Can anyone truly say that we are Free and at Liberty? I contend that we are not, and that it will only get worse unless we stop the influx of perversion.
Good luck when you file that complaint, sugar. About ten of these JBTs' burst into a house in O'fallon, Mo. in 2000. Nice middle class home. 3 FBI, 3 ATF, and 4 local cops in Battle Uniforms, black, complete with M-16s, MP5s, broke the door down and put their guns on the 3 kids and parents. Kids were all under 10. Seems a local druggie looking at 5-10 at a federal pound- me- up- the- ass lock-up, knew the guy from high school and gave him the name and address, ostensibly to get a reduced sentence. Accusation totally without substance, that there were GUNS! and drugs and such there. Door ripped off, furniture broken, family terrorized. Homeowner seeks redress and repair of damages. Judge says no, feds can't be taken to court over their actions. Local cops get pass from judge in other courts. !@#$@$#% cops don't even apologize, and homeowner gets to repair house and go on with sheep existence. We are not governed. We are ruled. We are subjects. We are slaves.
Until there's a price they must pay, they will continue with the "freebies". I guarantee the price at my home is higher than they want to pay. Especially when all they have to do is knock on the door and be received with courtesy and cooperation. Anything else will result in a lot, a lot, of ongoing ugliness that they don't control.
