In his lawsuit, Stilley alleged that Sebastian County had illegally imposed taxes on reappraised real property, and that taxpayers should be able to recover those taxes because they were not paid voluntarily. What law? In their minds eye, the law is what they arbitrarily make it. Let's face it, we are now being ruled by ARISTOCRATIC DESPOTISM. The only cure for that, is a revolutionary one....
