This Can't be True...

In Philadelphia last year, 2,004 people got shot, up 31 percent over 2001, according to an article in the Inquirer that attributed the figures to the Police Department. No, no, no.

I keep telling you people, this isn't supposed to be happening!

David, you can't rush these things. They will eventually figure out a way to ban guns and cook the books so that the number of deaths appear to be going down.

Just give them time. Look at DC, 30 years and they still have not figured out a way to lie about their statistics.

This isn't even worth commenting upon but I couldn't help myself.Boggles the mind that "they" cannot understand the whys and wherefores of violence in the streets and believe that blaming the tool will solve all of their problems.

They're either quite accomplished liars or clueless and I don't know which would be worse.

Ah, gun control. Making the war in Iraq look positively sunny.

Liers figure and figures lie. The antis love to add every age and cause they can to pad their stats, including gang bangers to some old age, suicides, and any other thing they can find.
Its yet another bleeding heart string tug at the "we got to do something" act followed by a "lets blame this inanimate object for the stupidity of its user" response!
