Did these brave boys in blue really go into court and swear they were startled by a car horn and feared a 69 year old unarmed lady to the point they had to taser her? Did they really? Hope the stress doesn't cause them cervical cancer. Oh wait, they've just discovered it's caused by a virus, not stress, well hope they don't get it anyway. They meet the requirements.
